Carla
Financial Coordinator/Office Management
Carla has served patients in orthodontics since 1993, and she loves getting to know every patient. She joined Dr. Jaeger in 1993 and wears many hats in the office; insurance, billings, and accounts receivable, for example. She appreciates the great staff at the office, and Dr. Jaeger’s passion for changing lives. Carla is married with two wonderful children, and she enjoys boating, swimming, and hiking with her family.
Tina
Treatment Coordinator/Orthodontic Technician Education Coordinator
Tina started working at Jaeger Orthodontics in 2001, and she feels lucky to work with such a great team. She feels that the doctors and team members make this office a fun and relaxed place to work, and a wonderful place for patients to visit! She also loves seeing what a pretty smile does for someone’s confidence. Outside the office, she enjoys wake boarding and watching her daughters compete in their favorite sports.
Debbie
Treatment Coordinator/Sleep & Airway Medicine Coordinator
Debbie has helped change people’s lives through orthodontics for nearly four decades, and she joined Jaeger Orthodontics in 2020. She appreciates serving with a team that’s dedicated to exceptional patient care. Debbie and her husband, Jim, have two kids and four grandchildren. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys hiking and biking, too.
Mary Jo
Scheduling Coordinator
Mary Jo joined Jaeger Orthodontics in 1979, and she’s been inspired by the people she serves ever since. She loves the privilege of changing a small part of each patient’s life through a better smile, and she enjoys the great group of people she works with who are focused on the patients and parents. Mary Jo and her husband, Mark, have two children and eight grandchildren (including one great grandchild!) Outside the office, she can be found walking or motorcycle riding with Mark.
Sammy
Orthodontic Technician
Sammy brings over a decade of orthodontic experience helping patients discover the power of a better smile. She loves seeing the confidence that comes with Dr. Jaeger’s focus on creating beautiful smiles. She’s married to Casey, and they have two kids and three English bulldogs. She enjoys the outdoors, but you’re most likely to find her golfing if there’s spare time.
Emily
Orthodontic Technician
Emily has been fascinated by orthodontics ever since she had braces at age 11, and she’s been serving patients for over a decade. She appreciates the positive impact patients have on her, and she learns something from them every day. She’s lived in Idaho most of her life, and enjoys snowboarding, swimming, camping, fishing, and a good cup of coffee. Emily and her husband, Ray, have two kids. You may be surprised to find Emily playing ice hockey, too.
Amy
Orthodontic Technician
Amy brought 20 years of experience serving general dental patients to Jaeger Orthodontics in 2022. The gratitude of patients and the difference a confident smile makes adds meaning to her days. Amy and her husband, Chad, have three kids and a miracle grandbaby who was born at 32 weeks. When the weekend comes, the family might be found boating, off-roading, or camping.
Mary H
Accounting
Mary has worked at Jaeger Orthodontics since 1990, and she enjoys sharing smiles with people every day. Her own orthodontic experience made such a difference in her life that she wanted to help others change their lives with a better smile, too. She has spent many years helping patients fit orthodontic care into their budget, and she understands every concern about costs, insurance, and treatment. May and her husband, Phil, have two grown children and one beloved granddaughter. She enjoys walking, hiking, practicing yoga, and celebrating National Pie Day!
Mary Alice Jaeger, M.D.
Sleep Medicine Consultant
Dr Mary Alice Jaeger brings unique skills to the service provided by Jaeger Orthodontics. She’s a family and emergency medicine physician who has earned a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine. Together, the Jaegers offer patients a complete approach to their wellness including sleep health diagnosis and care with coordinated solutions. Patients benefit from incorporating airway health into orthodontic care whenever possible.
The Jaegers enjoy their seven children, and they actively support the family’s busy lives. The couple carry on a family history of serving others; Dr. Mary Alice Jaeger’s father is a minister and her mother is a physician, and both served in Pakistan as missionaries.
